The company has two research laboratories located each in Miyazaki and Aichi staffed by top level R&D specialists who engage in leading edge research and development with the aim of becoming the leader in high technology on a world scale basing its competence in the core technologies of plastic piping systems and phenolic resin related areas. The team is composed of a foundation technology group that pursues peripheral technologies to the core business and an IT technology group that has a mandate to enter leading edge areas of IT engaged in the development of new products that meet market needs.
Introduction to Business and Technology Development
IT Technology Group
High performance valves are being developed that are compact and meet specifications of high value added clean rooms and control unit. It will be appropriate for applications in semiconductor manufacturing devices and medial and food industries.
Foundation Technology Group (Nobeoka)
With the aim of creating high value added new products relating to piping materials, research and development activities in new materials for resin pipes are being undertaken. Furthermore, as a new action, we are developing new environmental effluent treatment devices & systems.
Foundation Technology Group (Aichi)
Research is being conducted with the aim of developing the next generation materials with a focus on phenolic resin including electronics materials, medical, heat resistance materials, capacitors, carbon materials and the like.
