When there is consent of the customer or when noted in 3 below, personal information shall not be used for purposes other those listed above.

In the event there is a request from the customer for the disclosure, amendment, deletion, suspension or other actions relating to the personal information of the customer, to the extent that it would not impede with the performance of the operations requested, a prompt response will be made.

Without the express consent of the customer or in circumstances noted below, no personal information shall be provided to a third party under any circumstances.

• Pursuant to laws and ordinances.
• When necessary for the protection of human life, body or property and when obtaining consent of the party is deemed difficult.
• When there is a special need to improve public sanitation or promote the healthy development of children and when obtaining the consent of the party is deemed difficult.
• When there is a need to cooperate with a national government organization or local public entity or a party contracted by such party in conduct of operations in setting of laws and ordinance and when obtaining the consent of the party may impede the performance of the said operations.

The contents of the policy relating to the handling of personal information may be amended from time to time. In the event material changes take place, such changes will be posted on the company's homepage for a defined period of time, therefore, periodically check the homepage for any such changes.
