*1 A “special account” is an account that our company opened when share tickets became computerized, in order to protect the rights of shareholders who do not use the system of the Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc. Since it is an account to protect the rights of our shareholders, it is not a trading account for transactions such as buying and selling. If you wish to buy or sell shares, you need to open your own trading account with a securities company or the like beforehand, and transfer the share balance. We recommend opening an account with a securities company and making transfers from the “special account” to your securities company account, as that will also make the share-related procedures simpler.

*2 If the identity of the securities company is unknown, it can be checked via the procedure prescribed by Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc. Please click on the link below for further details about the procedure.
