Review of our company's services under the declaration of the state of emergency.

Our group has already informed of our approaches to the Novel Coronavirus disease and now that the government declared the state of emergency on April 7th, we would like to review our services to our customers as follows.
We apologize for causing our customers inconveniences and concerns, and we sincerely appreciate our customers' kind understanding.

[At our factories and warehouses]
In order not to suspend our factory and logistics operations due to the occurrence of the infection, we would like to keep our factories and warehouses only for our employees for the time being.
If there is a need for any urgent visit, please notify our personnel in charge in advance.

[At our head office and sales offices]
At our head office in Tokyo and sales offices in Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka, only the minimum required staffs work at offices, while the others work from home. However, our services such as receiving and placing orders are offered as usual. Our staffs at other sales offices continue to offer our normal services, however, they might shift to work from home depending on the situation in each region.

Currently, all of our factories (at Nobeoka, Aichi, Tochigi and Hiroshima) and our group companies operate as usual.

We once again apologize for any inconvenience caused and we would appreciate if you could communicate with us by way of e-mails, telephone and telefax as much as possible.
