Features

• Created by combining our original straight flow meter with a pinch valve, the conventional flow control system (FCS) has been downsized. Its performance has also been improved.

Functions

Temperature correction function (provided as standard)

It detects changes in fluid temperature and automatically makes corrections. It removes temperature drift that causes trouble for the ultrasonic flow meter.

Auto purge function (provided as standard)

It opens the valve fully in response to external signals. It is effective for removing bubbles that have mixed in and for flushing.

Hold function (provided as standard)

It holds the valve open just before control is stopped. It helps improve responsiveness.
