We would like to inform you that our company has received certification (nickname: Kurumin) based on the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation in June 2024.
1. About the Kurumin Mark It is a certification received as a "Childcare Support Company" based on the recognition of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. Among the companies that have formulated a general employer action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, companies that have achieved the goals specified in the plan and meet certain criteria can apply for certification as a "Childcare Support Company" and receive recognition from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare (Kurumin certification). The proof of certification for these companies is the "Kurumin Mark".
2. Our Efforts We have worked on expanding and promoting systems related to pregnancy, childbirth, child-rearing, and infertility treatment. We have introduced a system that fully compensates for the salary during the first 10 days of childcare leave. Furthermore, we actively promote male employees to take childcare leave and provide information through explanatory meetings and internal newsletters, as well as communicate with supervisors. As a result, the rate of childcare leave taken in the fiscal year 2023 reached 100% for both men and women. We have also introduced a system to accommodate and promote flexible work styles, including the introduction of telecommuting. In the future, we will continue to create a work environment where childcare and work can be balanced and support all employees to fully demonstrate their abilities.
