We have confirmed the fact that so-called “spoofed e-mails”, impersonating our company’s employees, have been illegally sent since around February 25th, 2022.

Please be noticed that these are spoofed e-mails sent by impersonating our company’s employees and not sent from our company. We request you to pay full attention to e-mails sent by our company’s employees and in case you receive such e-mails that you have “no idea on the subject”, or you find “inappropriate”, or “no link with the business”, please make sure to delete such e-mails immediately without opening them, referring to attached files, or clicking the URL in such e-mails, as there is a high risk of being infected with a computer virus or being guided to a phishing site.

Even if you would delete e-mails actually sent from our company, we ensure that we will give you a phone call once again after confirming no receipt of your reply, in case such deleted e-mails are important for the business.

We have always taken utmost care to the information security including a prevention of unauthorized accesses, etc., and we will continue to strengthen our measures.
