Introduction of Zero-Flon™ ER-X, a CFC-free, on-the-spot foam with a heat conductivity of 0.026 W/mK

Zero-Flon™ ER-X has achieved an ozone layer depletion factor of 0 and a global warming factor of 1 and adopted the new foaming agent HFO, which was rated a 5 for CFC and halon phase-out, which is the highest level for this item.
The heat conductivity factor of 0.026 W/mK was ranked as E in the category of heat insulation materials determined by the Japan Housing Finance Agency.
This has opened the way for a similar thickness to that of the CFC system, which could not be attained with conventional CFC-free systems and eliminated the necessity to change design specifications.
