Overview
Developed for general aluminum casting (GDC, LPDC, etc.), Super AV Sand is an RCS product with superior disintegration properties. It features enhanced decomposition characteristics at low temperatures, i.e. from 350 deg. C to 400 deg. C. Its excellent disintegration property opens the way for elimination or shortening of the sand burning process and is effective at streamlining the process.

Features
- It exhibits superiority in tipping disintegration property and in strength deterioration rate at low temperatures (from 350 deg. C to 400 deg. C) even for a core-shaped cast to which application of heat is very difficult.
- Resins are mostly decomposed in the sand burning process. The core sand turns white.
- It generates no corrosive gas.
- The general performance of the RCS is not affected at all.
